Remember when people were speculating as to when the ax would fall on Erik Spoelstra and when Pat Riley, as the Heat's interim coach, would roll out Spoelstra's head for the Big Three to use in practice?
Remember when an anonymous report had players questioning Spoelstra and Dwyane Wade was ambivalent about his coach?
That was one month into the NBA season and the Heat were 9-8. Remember that?
