Robinson Cano had a great 2010 season. He hit .319/.381/.534 with 29 homers and 109 RBIs, placed third in the AL MVP voting and led the entire New York Yankees team in WAR with 6.1. In terms of offseason improvement, there's not much he has to work on.
But the beard that @cj_pinstripes spotted when Cano surfaced on YES Network the other day? Well, let's just say the Yanks probably prefer he finds his razor just after finding his hitting stroke when the team reports to Tampa next month.
As for where the normally babyfaced Cano got the idea for his thin-sideburn, hairless-cheekbones face, we all have our suspicions. But find a picture of my main suspect below.
