Ah, the life of a World Series MVP. Since helping lift the St. Louis Cardinals to their 11th title last month, David Freese has been everywhere. He's appeared on Jay Leno with his best friend, Justin Bieber, surprised some big Cardinals fans on "Ellen" and was even the man of the moment at a local Macy's. But his best perk to date might have come on Wednesday night when he was a presenter with Erin Andrews at the Country Music Awards in Nashville.
Though Freese had some early turbulence with his bag getting lost en route, it looks like everything turned out OK. Tweeted Andrews: "The MVP cleans up well."
No offense to Freese, but we hadn't noticed.
