Re-write! Philly paper wrongly pins Posey crash on Logan Morrison

No doubt, the fighting city of Philadelphia has Logan Morrison on its collective brain. The Florida Marlins outfielder is outgoing and engaging in life and on Twitter, particularly among a group of social Phillies fans who cannot wait for him to hit either free agency or the trading block so he can emigrate to Pennsylvania.

So, seeing a blurb about Morrison in the Philadelphia media is not terribly surprising ? except in this case. With the San Francisco Giants coming to Citizens Bank Park for a rematch of the NLCS starting Tuesday, the Daily News previewed theworld's champions who, naturally, have been playing without catcher Buster Posey. He became injured after Scott Cousins crashed into him at home plate in May. Everyone remembers that play.

Though some have fuzzy memories:

Whoopie, doopie! Logan Morrison?! The guy might be Mr. Marlins to Philly, but he's not the only Fish in the sea. And he doesn't look much like the guy engaged with Posey in the top photo. Hopefully, the Daily News will correct this and give the proper credit to Cousins, who undoubtedly would appreciate it.
