C-a-C: This picture of Bud Selig and Frank McCourt says it all

Bud Selig lowered the boom on Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt on Wednesday, wresting control of the team's financial operations ? and presumably Tommy Lasorda's pasta budget ? from the embattled parking lot baron.

Translation: Frank McCourt is probably not long for Major League Baseball.

And McCourt's army of lawyers are going to continue to be very, very rich.

From the Associated Press:

Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig says in a release Wednesday that he will appoint a representative to oversee the "business and the day-to-day operations of the Club."

Selig says he took action "because of my deep concerns regarding the finances and operations of the Dodgers."

This is not surprising news if you've followed Frank's ongoing divorce with his ex-wife Jamie over the past year or two. Whether it wasborrowing money to meet payroll or paying a "mystical healer" six figures to be a consultant, the McCourts have seemed hell-bent on proving they were completely unfit to run a professional sports franchise.

But what did Bud know about the McCourts and when did he know it? If you take a look at this AP file photo from 2006, it looks like the commish has had his suspicions about Frank McCourt for quite some time.

Anyway have at it, amateur Internet copy editors of the world. How should this caption read?
