The offensive line problems in Pittsburgh reached a head Sunday as Ben Roethlisberger was sacked five times in a loss to the Texans and he appeared to suffer a foot injury. After throwing a pass from the Steelers' end zone, Houston's J.J. Watt rolled onto his foot. It had to be X-rayed after the game, and he was seen leaving the stadium on crutches and in a walking boot.

That injury already has the Steelers wondering if Roethlisberger will be available for next week's game against the Titans. Roethlisbergersaid that he will do what he can to play.
"If I can be out there I'm going to be out there," Roethlisberger said after the Steelers dropped to 2-2. "If I have to cast it up, we saw I had to do that last year, I cast up my foot for the last half of the year. If we have to do it, I'll do it."
Roethlisberger has had foot problems in the past. Last season, he dealt with the aggravation of an old foot injury by wearing a walking boot, limiting practice and wearing a special cleat to provide stability.
The bigger problem is that even if he does play, the Steelers' line can do little to keep him upright. He has already been sacked 14 times this season, and the main person he can hand the ball off to, Rashard Mendenhall, left the game with a hamstring injury. At 2-2 and with injuries mounting, Steelers fans are starting to panic.
